Canadian Super DIRT Weekend Preview: Mini-Stocks Set for a Massive Doubleheader!
CORNWALL, ONTARIO – Tuesday, October 7, 2025 – Martin Belanger – The countdown is on for the Canadian Super DIRT Weekend, and we kick off our division previews with the Ricks Ranch Mini-Stockclass — a group that’s coming in with plenty of momentum following a strong showing during RaceFest last weekend. The Mini-Stocks will be featured in two major events over the weekend, promising excitement, emotion, and top-tier competition.
Friday Night Memorial Feature
On Friday, October 10, the Mini-Stocks will headline a special 35-lap Memorial Race, honoring former competitors who have passed away in recent years — including former track champion Alexis Charbonneau, Jeremie Levac, and Danny Lefebvre. The feature winner will take home $750, as the class pays tribute to those who helped build the division’s legacy.
Weekend Warriors Series Championship Decider
The action continues Saturday, when the Weekend Warriors Mini-Stock Series crowns its first-ever champion. Sébastien Raymond-Beauregard enters the finale with a slim 15-point advantage over Christopher Proulx, with both drivers already claiming series wins this season. The third victory went to Pierre Picard, who also remains in contention for the title.
Deep Field Expected
Fans can expect one of the strongest Mini-Stock fields of 2025, with close to 35 cars already registeredfor each night — and that number could approach 40 entries by Friday! Local favorites and championship contenders will face tough competition from visiting drivers, making for an unpredictable and action-packed weekend.
Among the favorites are Raymond-Beauregard, Antoine Dumouchel, Christopher Proulx, Pierre Picard, Martin Bernard, and Travis Lamarche, along with talented invaders such as Dominik Blais, Aiden Fletcher, Cody Sager, and Sylvain Charest.
